Application Process
At Legends Life Foundation, we strive to ensure a seamless application process for our Sponsorship Program.
Here’s what you can expect when applying:
Applicants must be referred by a coach or club, and must meet all of the criteria listed on our programs page.
After completing the application form below, please let us know by emailing info@legendslife.org
Once your application is received, our team will review the information provided. If the application meets our criteria, we will reach out to schedule a 1:1 consultation with you and your guardian (if under 18).
This consultation will allow us to discuss the program in detail, answer any questions, and assess the suitability of the applicant for the program.
Following the consultation, a decision will be communicated regarding the sponsorship. This process may take up to 4 weeks.
